What is waxing?
Waxing removes hair from the root using professional wax. Results generally last longer than shaving and regrowth is often softer over time.
How long does waxing last?
Most clients remain smooth for 3–6 weeks depending on the area treated and individual hair-growth patterns.

Most clients describe waxing as a brief sting that lasts only a few seconds. Regular waxing often becomes more comfortable.
How long should my hair be before waxing?
Hair should generally be about 1/4 inch long, approximately the length of a grain of rice.
Should I shave before my appointment?
No. Hair needs sufficient length for the wax to grip properly.
What should I do before my appointment?
Exfoliate gently 24–48 hours beforehand, avoid heavy lotions, and wear comfortable clothing.
What is the difference between a bikini wax and a Brazilian wax?
A bikini wax removes hair outside the bikini line. A Brazilian removes most or all hair from the intimate area.
Do I have to remove all my hair during a Brazilian?
No. Services can be customized to leave a strip, triangle, or other preferred amount of hair.
I'm nervous. Is that normal?
Absolutely. Many first-time clients feel nervous. Our goal is to create a professional, respectful, judgment-free experience.
Will I be exposed?
Only the treatment area is exposed. Privacy and professional draping are maintained whenever possible.
Can I get waxed during my period?
Yes. Many clients do. A fresh tampon or menstrual cup is recommended.
Can I wax my eyebrows, lip, chin, nose, and ears?
Yes. Facial waxing is commonly performed on all of these areas, with nose waxing limited to visible hair near the entrance of the nostrils.
Will waxing make hair grow back thicker?
No. Waxing does not change the thickness, color, or density of hair follicles.
Can men get waxed?
Absolutely. Popular services include chest, back, shoulders, brows, ears, nose, and intimate waxing.
Can I wax if I use Retinol or Tretinoin?
These products may increase sensitivity and risk of skin lifting. Please inform your specialist before treatment.
Can I wax while taking Accutane?
Generally no. Accutane significantly increases skin sensitivity.
Can I wax after a chemical peel, laser treatment, or microneedling?
Possibly, but timing matters. Always inform your provider about recent treatments.
Can I wax if I have sensitive skin?

Can I wax while pregnant?
